{"id":2480,"date":"2018-07-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-07-25T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tibicon.net\/en\/formazione\/"},"modified":"2024-01-29T17:01:34","modified_gmt":"2024-01-29T16:01:34","slug":"training","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.tibicon.net\/en\/training\/","title":{"rendered":"Training"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Training<\/strong> is the <strong>tool<\/strong> organisations employ to <strong>generate the knowledge and skills<\/strong> needed to <strong>pursue<\/strong> the <strong>mission<\/strong> and create a <strong>competitive advantage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The need for more efficient and effective training programs has led in recent years to considerable changes both in design and in planning.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"parent-p-bottom-0\">Here are some of the situations we have to face:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The growing awareness that the <strong>conventional course in the classroom can hardly give the expected results<\/strong> when the aim is to implement <strong>robust change<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Traditional <strong>classroom training is losing importance<\/strong> in favour of training programs designed to achieve specific objectives <strong>in particular organisational contexts<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>The need to <strong>minimise the absence from the work<\/strong>, employing new and more effective forms of learning;<\/li>\n<li>The growing demand for<strong> individual and group coaching<\/strong> <strong>to improve<\/strong> individual and team <strong>performance<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity offered by technology, which make it possible to work &#8220;side by side&#8221; through new forms of &#8220;<strong>social business collaboration<\/strong>&#8220;;<\/li>\n<li>The increasing <strong>demand for quality training contents<\/strong>, crucial in any training course.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How to respond to these requests?<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"parent-p-bottom-0\">We work with the Customer to design training solutions through different tools:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tibicon.net\/en\/training\/in_classroom_blended\/\">Classroom\/blended courses or training programs<\/a>, structured to meet learning needs for which communication with one\/more teachers and interaction between participants are essential.
