I thought I was bored, but time flew away.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>And I enjoyed it!<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These are the words I often hear at the end of a training course.<\/p>\n<p>Surprising? Not exactly.<\/p>\n<p>When people do not have a genuine interest in the subject matter, that is when they are forced to participate, they approach the <strong>training course like a punishment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason, I am aware that <strong>boredom represents my enemy<\/strong> and the <strong>involvement<\/strong> of the participants is an essential element for <strong>learning<\/strong> and the success of the training course.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"parent-p-bottom-0\">The <strong>teaching method<\/strong> of a training course in the classroom or with a blended formula <strong>follows specific guidelines<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>it is designed to favour a complete <strong>immersion in the matter and the individual experience<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>the topics are <strong>NOT &#8220;explained<\/strong>&#8221; to the participants, inviting them to follow well-defined guidelines;<\/li>\n<li><strong>people personally manage different situations<\/strong> through exercises and video clips that reproduce moments like those they face in everyday life;<\/li>\n<li>the participants can <strong>reflect on the behaviour to take<\/strong>, taking an attitude that comes from an <strong>autonomous decision<\/strong> and <strong>not<\/strong> from a <strong>prescription<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>exercises, role plays and simulations<\/strong> are co-designed with the Client, take inspiration from real situations to place themselves in the organisational and strategic context of the organisation;<\/li>\n<li>the <strong>video clips<\/strong> can be made from movies or created by me, to <strong>reproduce specific situations<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>I design and produce the <strong>cartoon strips<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>the courses are taught <strong>in <\/strong><strong>English<\/strong> in <strong>Italian <\/strong>and can be designed to meet the needs of <strong>people from different countries and cultures<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the entire duration of the course, we provide participants with <strong>assistance during the study<\/strong>, carried out by <strong>discussion group<\/strong>, with the possibility to discuss specific topics, with other participants and individually.<\/p>\n<p>The teaching method that guides the design of <strong>e-learning courses<\/strong> follows the <strong>same strategy<\/strong> and they are <strong>essential in the coaching programmes and blended training<\/strong>:<span style=\"color: #cd2b04;\"> <a style=\"color: #cd2b04;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tibicon.net\/en\/training\/elearning-courses\/teaching-method\/\">click here to learn more<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of all training courses (in the classroom or blended), you will take an <strong>online test<\/strong>, after which you can download the <strong>certificate of attendance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Would you like to know more?
