There are different styles.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s the shouted reprimand, the whispered one, which ends with a slow exhale from the nose (\u201cremember that I have an infallible memory \u2026\u201d), the one that starts with good intentions (\u201cI have to keep calm, keep calm, very calm, I must not go for him \u2026 not this time\u00a0\u2026\u201d) and then explodes, releasing everything it has to give (\u201cwhat are you talking about \u2026? It\u2019ll all be more exciting and the audience will clearly understand that you are the master of the situation, and can govern this person as you please.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">How<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>15-20 minutes should be enough. You must not necessarily let the subordinate speak. If he tries to react, you can always raise your voice to cover his. Remember: someone who\u2019s made such a silly mistake as the one that got on your nerves is nothing but a fool, and must he be treated as such. Therefore, go on repeating your arguments again and again, because he may not get it on the first 2-3 attempts.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Focus of attention<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Two points, especially. First of all, size: if your subordinate is stout, be gentle. Secondly, make sure he is replaceable.
