Listening, informational

Informational listening is a behaviour typical of conscious listening, aimed at gathering instructions and/or information about facts and circumstances that we need to assess. This is used when we listen to the answers to specific questions that we (or other people) have put to the speaker on specific points. Informational listening does not imply assessment, criticism or judgment.
