What is the purpose of this test?

All I want is to help you become aware of the attitude you (and the organisation you work for) have towards training because the knowledge and skills you can develop through it substantially affect your ability to manage the role.

I have prepared ten simple questions to which you will respond in less than two minutes, without leaving personal data.
