Time, working

Working time is time we spend performing a role, with the aim of generating personal income. It can have different structures, depending on the role covered within the organization. In general, it includes time required by the role (managed personally), time spent with the boss and time managed autonomously. It is separate from private time, which it sometimes invades when the professional role performed requires more energy and resources.
